Organize With Lana provides full–service move–in unpacking and home setup for families relocating across the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley. This is a complete, hands–on service. Our team unpacks every box, creates organized and labeled systems in each room, sources and styles the products that finish the space, and removes all the packing materials when we are done. You walk into a home that is ready to live in, not a house full of boxes to face on your own.

Our process
Before we begin, we get to know your home and your family. We review photos, talk through how you use each space, and build a plan for the project. If your new home is nearby, we are glad to walk through it beforehand so move-in day is fully mapped out.

Our team carefully unpacks your belongings and sorts everything by category. We guide decisions along the way and place each item where it makes the most sense for your daily routines.
Organizing
Once everything is unpacked, we create organized, functional spaces that are easy to keep up. We bring in organizing products where they elevate the space and build systems designed to last.
Clean up
When the work is complete, we remove every box, all the packing paper, and the rest of the materials, so you step into a home that is clean, organized, and fully settled.
The investment
A full-home move-in is a significant project, and we price it as the complete, done-for-you service it is. Most move-in unpacking projects begin at $5,500, with the final investment based on the size of your home, the volume of your belongings, and the systems and products each space calls for. After a short call and a look at your space, we send a clear proposal so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
